In 1995, when Mark Craig and Kevin Cox founded Arizona’s Steaks, Chops & Seafood in Greenville, South Carolina in 1995, they imagined an establishment that would satisfy the desire of patrons for the best seafood and steaks. These dishes are, after all, the mainstays of American food!
